Hungry Cities Partnership Report on Kingston’s Urban Food System is Published
The Hungry Cities Partnership Report No. 4, The Urban Food System of Kingston, Jamaica, was posted to the HCP website. It was co-authored by Elizabeth Thomas-Hope, Robert Kinlocke, Therese Ferguson, Charmaine Heslop-Thomas and Beth Timmers. Based on existing literature, the report provides a systematic overview of the demographic, geographic and economic backgrounds of Kingston. It also depicts the urban food system of Kingston from various dimensions. It highlights the literature gaps of the knowledge of Kingston’s food system that the HCP research will help to fill in the near future.
