Canadian Government awards $2.5 million to new HCP Project on South-South Migration and Migrant Food Security in the Global South: Interactions, Impacts and Remedies (MiFood Project)

Canadian Government announces results of 2021 SSHRC Partnership Grant competition and awards $2.5 million to new HCP Project on South-South Migration and Migrant Food Security in the Global South: Interactions, Impacts and Remedies (MiFood Project). 

The Project expands the HCP network to an additional five countries (Ecuador, Ghana, Namibia,Qatar and Singapore) and has new institutional partners in India and South Africa.  In addition, several international organizations have joined the partnership for the MiFood Project including the FAO, IOM, ILO, IFPRI and the SDSN.
